We are facing slow performance issue when we try to access the BI workspace report from BI Launchpad.
We have a four box, two boxes having BO application (BI 4.0 SP6 patch 6) & Tomcat and other two is having only web application server (Tomcat), these two web application server is configured via hardware load balancer and the users are using these URL to develop the report.
Actual issue is, When we use the direct BO application server URL , we are able to view the report within a minute but when we use the Web Application Direct URL it is taking more time to open the report( minimum 5 minutes ) and these reports are very simple.
