Send to Mail Yellow Box

Hi,

We explicitly denied the 'Send to email destination' option in the BI Launchpad and while it is now greyed out, there is a yellow box where the envelope icon used to be.  Is there any way to get rid of this? Or is it just a 'feature' of disabling the send to mail option?

In a report, click the send to drop down... the options are Send to Mail, Send to User...., and Send to Ftp.  The only one with an icon by it is Send to Mail and once that option was explicitly denied, the icon turned into a yellow box.  It's that yellow box that we want to go away.
