System Details:
BO 4.1 SP2 Server,BO4.1 SP2 Clients and Crystal Report 2013.
OS is Window server 2012 R2
All these softwares are installed on a single machine.I could successfully logged in to BI launch Pad.When I clicked on to the Crystal Icon under' My application' in the home tab,it took me to Documents tab.
Once I tried to download,it throws error
Can somone please help me to resolve the issue.Thanks.
