Hi,
we are on BI 4.0 sp6 patch 1 on windows 2008 R2. since yesterday our reports are not triggering with file based event. we can see file been placed on server but reports are not getting triggered. they worked fine till Friday. But since Monday they are not triggering and recurring instance remains recurring. and in event server metrics last notified time was shown today but report didnt trigger.. Event Poll Interval is 2 seconds and cleanup interval is 20 minutes. for ex:- one report is made to run at 5 AM and file was placed on server at 5:40 AM.
Any kind of help is appreciated.
note:this weekend there was daylight saving time(DST) time change
