Trigger java program when adding file to the CMC

Hi experts,

I have a requirement to send notifications by mail when adding a file into a cpecific folder in the CMC ...I have already made a Java program to send Mails...what I nedd is to trigger this program when adding a file into the CMC...

Is it possile to acheive that using SDK?

If not can we create a BO event that will be triggered automatiquelly when adding a file into a specific folder in CMC.
