Audit Universe - Log failed but shows as successful in ADS tables.

Hi All.

I'm new on BO area and I started with a big issue, I guess. (Hopefully not!)

What is happening is that we found a data in Audit that shows that the Job was concluded successfully but in the log file we found and WARN message that shows other reality.

2014-04-03 10:00:17,320 WARN  [PublishingService:HandlerPool-61] BusinessObjects_PublicationAdminLog_Instance_1633706 - [Publication ID # 1633706] - There are no schedulable documents in the publication. (FBE60503)

2014-04-03 10:00:17,552 WARN  [PublishingService:HandlerPool-61] BusinessObjects_PublicationAdminLog_Instance_1633706 - [Publication ID # 1633706] - Unable to find any distributable documents in scope batch with ID 1,633,721.  Please check your publication configuration and ensure that the CMS is running. (FBE60016)

I guess that the point here is this WARN message type.

My questions are:

1. Does anybody knows where is those data log in the Audit tables?! It need to be in some where!
2. Is it possible to customize the message type? Like If message ID was 159 the system should consider it as an Error message. Example.

Please, I really need help on this.
