Hi SDN gurus
I have a customer where
> use Enterprise Auth
> frustration with users' accts becoming disabled infrequently
> users claim disabled accts are not a result of failed logins
> have set "Must change password every" 120 days in CMC to align with a corporate std
> when ~120 days approach, users don't get a warning or an expected "Change Password" screen like "Change password on next login" setting
> instead, accts are disabled
> BOE XI 3.1 SP4
I couldn't find good hits on xSearch, forums ...
Anyone seen this scenario? and have some ~solutions?
