Info View is too slow(WEBI)

Hi ,

Am facing a issue with InfoView(3.1 SP3) while opening webi link,If i restart TOMCAT sever it will work for file,But now it is repeating frequently like daily 2 to 3 times.

Ex:We have 2 tomcat servers

1.110 tomcat----link(Http://abc110/InfoViewApp/logon.jsp)

2.220 tomcat----link(Http://abc220/InfoViewApp/logon.jsp)

In this i have no problem with 220 infoview  it is working fine but 110 is suddenly becoming slow.We have lot of problem with client regarding this .

If restart 220 Tomcat sever within sec it is getting resolve.

Can any one give me  permanent solution for this
