We have the below scenario.
A number of URL iviews are created for BO Webi reports in SAP Enterprise portal. They were all working fine when the bo version was BO XI 3.1 Sp3+Fp3.6. We had a upgrade project to upgrade to SP5. After sp5, when ever we click on the iview, it prompts with the infoview logon screen with username and password. Once we logon with SAP BW user name / password the reports work.
The authetication is SAP and universes are based on SAP BW and everything is configured in SAP BW, EP and BO CMC. Please note that we are in cluster. The Web.XML entries in bo server for InfoViewApp and OpenDoc are configured for SSO.enabled = true and authentication as secSAP etc.
All iViews were working fine before sp5. and the only change happened is in BO side. Also we had faced issue with SAP authentication in CMC not working and it got solved after redeploying web apps on web application server which is netweaver 7.2.
Please advise if anyone has faced this issue and suggest any workaround!
