I have a WebI report in Business Objects 3.1 where the scheduled instance create a file in folder \filestore\output with a size more than 220 MB.
Output format is Web Intelligence and caching is Standard HTML. I can not use Excel because I use Drill Filters in the report.
How can I reduce size of this output file. The problem is when I open last instance it needs some minutes to view the report.
I know that I can delete some tables or delete rows. But that's not possible. I need all data. Also it is not possible to filter data in the query.
Is there another way to reduce the file size?
