Please advise what is the best practices and pre requities to install Fix pack 3.2 on SAP BOXIR3.1 SP3 servers product?.

And Please advise what is the best practices and pre requities to install Fix pack 3.2 on SAP BO XI3,1 SP3 Application server(Separate Tomact application server).
