Hi Team,
I have created Crystal report using Crystal report 2011. Optional Prompts are created at Crystal report level. It works fine in CR Designer. When the same report is exported BI LaunchPad and refreshed, the optional prompt behaves as mandatory prompt.
Here are the details of the systems:
Report - Crystal Report 2011
Source - SAP ECC Z functions and tables
Platform - BILaunchpad
Versions:
BusinessObjects - BI 4.0 SP5 Patch 13
Crystal Reports - CR2011 SP5 Patch 2
