Hi Experts,
Enviroment Pre-Upgrade:
BW 7.3 SP7 and BOBJ Enterprise 4.0 SP 5 Patch 3.
Upgrading To
BW 7.4 SP5 and BOBJ Enterprise 4.1 SP 2.
The Crystal Report runs of BEX Queries.
We are having 2 challenges in the upgraded enviroment:
1. We are unable to open an exsting Crystal 2011 report (from a BW Role) in the Crystal 2013 Designer.
Symptom: Report doesn't open and goes into a hang state. (You have to go into task manager and stop the BW QueryReportWrapper.exe process)
2. We are unable to publish from BW to BOBJ using /CRYSTAL/RPTADMIN
Symptom: It goes into a hang state.
What we've tried:
1.. Followed Admin Guide for SAP Integration Kit again..
1.1 Re-checked Authorizations in BW
1.2. Checked Authorizations in BOBJ (Admin rights)
1.3 Checked that user is still in BW Role where we are publishing from
1.4 Installed latest SAP GUI 7.3 Patch 9 and BI 7.3 Patch 6
1.5 Checked /CRYSTAL/RPTADMIN settings back to old enviroment
1.6 Searched OSS
Would appreciate any further suggestions. (OSS have also been logged)
