Hi,
We have DEV and QA Iview portals to access BI dash boards. When accessing the QA portal using a newly created Test ID, it is working fine.
Where as for the DEV portal, with the Test Ids we are getting the error "An Error Occurred.Could not find the document".
I have checked SAP notes, 1807708, 1804310.
We have not applied the settings as per these KBAs in both DEV & QA properties files under Tomcat/.../Custom/Default folder.
That is all properties files are same in both QA & DEV.
Why QA portal Iview link is working fine but DEV iview portal is giving error. Can anyone advise why this behavior in DEV and any other settings I need to check from BO end.
Also let me know any settings to check from Portal side for both QA and DEV. I have also checked with security that access rights are similar for both QA and DEV confirmed by security.
