Is there any way in hierarchial reports in Crystal, WebI or Analysis for Office, to display parents under children?

I want to achieve this functionality,

     Florida $100
     Texas $100
     Wisconsin $100
USA $400

instead of

USA $400
     Florida $100
     Texas $100
     Wisconsin $100

I'm creating hierarchial objects in BEx query and using that as data source. I've seen that it is not currently supported in WebI. I'm curious whether it support in either of the other two. I'm new to SAP BI and please redirect me if this is already answered. Thank you.
