Send to Email Option is Disabled

Hi All,

I am trying to enable the "Send to Email" functionality for our web intelligence reports. We are running 4.0 SP5.

Users are able to schedule reports to email and that works correctly. However, the send to email is disabled.

It works ok for administrators but not for users, even those with full control for the folder.

I have gone into the Applications -> BI Launchpad area and set the send to email for everyone to be granted, but it is still not enabled.

Is there somewhere else I need to add rights to?
