I'm using SAP BI4.0 SP4 and I'm trying to create a dedicated access level pour IDT. With this acces level I would like to grant rights to develop connexion to BW system (using BICS and Universe)
- creation and modification of connection (OLAP and relational),
- creation and modification data foundation
- creation and modification Universe
As specified into IDT documentation I'vd implemented specific rights:
- Publish a connection to a repository
- Edit a secured connection from the Repository
Resources View
- Publish a universe to a repository
- Retrieve a published universe from a repository
- Run a query on a published universe
- Share project resources
I've updated Inboxes's user security to Full control (owner) ==> 4.0 SP4 bug
I've granted access to my user group with my new Access Level for Application IDT, Universes and Connexions.
Problem: With IDT I'm not able to publish a new connexion or universe. I'm not able to access to existing connections or universes into the repository resources.
Have I missed a step or action ?
