Troubleshoot BICS

Hi,

We have a difference between our dev and qa environment in how long they are processing calls to BICS functions in BW source system (e.g. BICS_PROV_GET_MEMBERS, BICS_PROV_SET_STATE, BICS_PROV_GET_RESULT_SET) when running reports in BI Launch Pad. The reports connect to BEx queries in BW using SSO Connection. We're running BI 4.1 SP3 and BW 7.31 SP10.

In dev, it takes milliseconds, but QA takes multiple seconds with same report and same amount of data.

Any suggestions on how to troubleshoot?
