We've been experiencing this problem with our BO environment, where every day the WebI server stops unexpectedly everyday.
Server Intelligence Agent: server xxx_BO.WebIntelligenceProcessingServer stopped unexpectedly.
We've noticed a pattern where it shuts down every afternoon at around 1:30 PM and automatically restarts. But there are also instances where it stops at random times. We're using MS SQL Server 2008 with BO 4.1.
We also had other errors like:
Server Intelligence Agent: server xxx_BO.WebIntelligenceProcessingServer is being recycled.
We tried to change to below settings on the WebI processing server, and I can say that we haven't seen the above error atleast for past couple of days.
Timeout before recycling : 3600
Maximum Documents before recycling: 250
For the first error though, I am quite clueless. I enabled tracing through "WebI Processing Server" Properties--> TraceLog Service--> Trace Level = Low.
I can see that a folder with name "wicdztrace" has been created under the Logging folder under the installation Directory. Could someone tell me where or which file would exactly tell me what the problem is? Or why the service shuts down automatically please?
