All , we configured JCO connections from BOBJ to the BW environemnt. The way it was configured is as below
On BW side we have a single RFC e.g DF_JCO_CON
On BOBJ side we have multiple JCO connectors wit the DF configuration pointing to the same BW connection DF_JCO_CON
However we started seeing a problem that if for any reason the connection gets stalled multiple reports were impacted.We could not figure out the reason on why the connection gets stalled for several hours, but if create a new JCO connection to the same BW handle, the issue got resolved.
So what we did is to create multile connections on the BW side and hooked each JCO connection to one BW connection handle to make it one to one. We have not faced the issue since then, however we are not sure if this is the correct way of doing it as it looks like a lot of maintenance. Are there any best practices around it?
