There are some many parts and pieces of SAP and BOBJs, I am confused.
Out of CMC, BI Launchpad, Netweaver Business Client, Dashboards, etc. I am not sure which ones will handle what I am looking to achieve.
What I think I want is to have only a few people on the CMC to create and add the crystal reports and then schedule them and only these few people could mess with them, but using another piece allow many others to view the reports in one location based off of their roles or hierarchy. What I am seeing is that to do this with CMC and Launchpad we have to have licenses for a lot people. Do any of these programs listed in the above act as the equivalent of Adobe Acrobat Reader vs Acrobat Pro. I want some to be able to create and make changes, (Acrobat Pro) and some to only get the info passed to them, (Adobe Acrobat Reader).
Please any advice would be great on how to handle this!
