Hi Experts,
I just wanted to inquire this issue experienced by our users belonging to a specific user group. The users are getting "Failed to connect to the OLAP source " whenever they are refreshing the data. I've checked and found that the user group has enough privilege in both Folders and OLAP Connection.
These users are accessing Launchpad using their SAP Account; and they are experiencing the issue here. However, when they their Enterprise account, it works just fine.
We have users with 1 Enterprise account having the SAP alias and other users with separate entries for the Enterprise and SAP account in CMC. But all of them are still getting the error when they use their SAP account to access the Launchpad.
