Is there any email delivery report in BO4?

Hi all,

I get a few question about email functions and need your help.   I would like to know whether there is email delivery report (success/failed/delay) in BO4 when sending reports to users with email?

And, can we do the following email related things in BO4?

a. List out all Email agents and their recipients in one report.

b. Get a alarm if the Email report failed or delayed.

c. Send a report out only once a day if  a condition is fulfilled (if the same condition is fulfilled in the same day, no additional email should be sent)
