Hi Everybody,
I have an issue trying to login to BI Launch Pad from any browser. When I write the URL http://server:8080/BOE/BI I got the login page, so I enter the credentials and after that a blank page (without anything) is displayed in IE. In Firefox and Chrome it shows an error that said: The Connection was reset. Also if I try to login to CMC there is no issue it Works fine.
This issue is only with the machines that connects to my BO server through an VPN. I had open all the ports of the BO servers like: 8080, 6400, 6401, etc. In the machines that are in the same network there is no issue. So I guess I'm missing something in network connection. Does anybody has an idea why could be my problem?
My system is an BO4.1 SP03 over Linux RHEL 6.
