Hi Everyone,
I'm having a disaster recovery (DR) drill in a week's time and unfortunately I'm new to this DR section.
We are using BOXIR3.1 SP5, web component (Tomcat 5.5) installed in Windows server and BOE server components in Clustered Linux servers.
Basically as part of this drill, replicated copy of FRS and the CMS DB from the Production environment (contains 4 clustered Linux server) will be made available to DR Linux server (2 Linux servers). I've learnt to install the BOE server component on Linux server; however my intention is make use of this PROD recovered CMS DB / FRS data in new DR servers and make it available as production.
1. How to point the recovered CMS DB to DR Linux servers without losing metadata?
What exactly needs to be done with serverconfig.sh and cmsdbsetup.sh file or if any?
2. How to cluster DR server B with DR server A?
3. As per knowledge on FRS, it needs to be placed in IFRS and OFRSpath through CMC. Please help me with this issue at the earliest.
