Migrating the business objects contents from XI R2 SP1 to XI 3.1 SP6 via Live-Live scenario through Import Wizard.
My bad luck, out of 97 Groups and 979 Users, import wizard is bringing just 5 users Image may be NSFW.

What could be the reason?
Please note, currently Windows AD is not configured in the target environment.
