Schedule to destinations

Hi all,

Environment:

  BO XI 3.1 SP6

I try to make a publication based on one webi report. I choose my report, add the enterprise recipients, an Excel file as destination format and select the destination as email.

When we validate the screen we have the following error message :

Sorry, you do not have the right to 'Schedule to Destinations" (ID 62) for "name of the recipient". Please contact the administrator if you require this right.

Do you have any ideas ?

We have even tried to set the full access control on : connections, universes, applications (webi, infoview) and folders but we always have the same error.
