I'm trying Crystal Server 2013 SP4 update 1 for our customer, i've installed it on Windows Server 2008 R2.
The machine (virtual, on vmware esx) have 4 processors, but when crystalras is working seems use only one processor (the cpu don't go never up 25%).
Looking in registry i've found these 4 nodes:
- hklm:\SOFTWARE\SAP BusinessObjects\Suite XI 4.0\Report Application Server\InProcServer
- hklm:\SOFTWARE\SAP BusinessObjects\Suite XI 4.0\Report Application Server\Server
- hklm:\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\SAP BusinessObjects\Suite XI 4.0\Report Application Server\InProcServer
- hklm:\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\SAP BusinessObjects\Suite XI 4.0\Report Application Server\Server
that contains a key named ProcessAffinityMask with value -1 and i think that these keys are related with crystalras.exe
How i can tell to CrystalRas.exe to use all 4 processor?
Is the ProcessAffinityMask key the right key to tell crystalras to use all processors?
What is the value that i can set on ProcessAffinityMask key?
