Creating New Local document in BI Launchpad doesn't succeed in my desktop but it succeeds in another desktop with same BO User. BI Launchpad: 14.1.0

Version: BI 4.0

Flash version:

Uploading Excel file(Local Document) to BI Launchpad doesn't succeed in my desktop but it succeeds in other desktops with Same BO User.

After clicking Add button, it keeps on Loading.

Kindly help me to solve this issue.

Please note, i tried with different BO users and found the problem is not with Rights of BO User. But the problem is with desktop.

Please help.
