Our organization allows external users to access the BI platform (SAP BusinessObjects BI) by means of Juniper Systems -see technical detaiils below-

Despite some issues regarding authentication (SSO is not supported because Juniper SA code does not support it) remote access has worked smothly when using SAP BI 4.0 release across several SP (SP4, SP6, SP8). Recently we have moved our SAP BI system towards release 4.1 (SP 4 Patch 1) and we have began to notice some strange issues regarding external access.
In particular problem appears at following scenario
- users click on a report to view it
- reports is saved with the option "refresh on open" checked
- Report contains a promopt
In this case the prompt dialog box does not appear and the report appears empty. If the user click on "refresh" button the dialog box appears and the report works as usual.
Following message appears at Juniper log console window when report is refreshed at first time
SCRIPT70: Permission denied

By some strange reason the request is not accepted. Has anyone using Juniper and Bi 4.1 noticed a similar behaviour?
