How to delete Folders, connections, universes, etc. from the CMC in XI 3.1

Hello Experts,

Here is my case:

I imported the objects from XI R2 to 3.1 system without configuring Windows AD. Because of that, User/Groups didn't get import but other contents went through.

But as some of our Crystal report has user security embedded in it. i think those links would have been broken as Users din't import.

So now after the Windows AD setup, i want to re-import all the contents from XI R2 to 3.1.

However, before that i have to delete all Folders, Conncetions, Universes etcs from CMS in XI 3.1

Questions is - How to do that? Is it by going each and individual object and deleting them or do we have any other method?
