Notification in LaunchPad

Hello,

We have BI 4.1 SP1 is on Win2008.

Is it possible to have notification alert functionality in LauchPad, which is currently in CMC only. This is an alert, like when job fails then send a mail etc.

I could not it find in the LaunchPad.

Please advice if I am missing anything.
