BI 4.0 Mobile Usage doubt

Hi,

     We are planning for for upgrade from BOE 3.1 to BI 4.0. Went through some notes In BI 4.0 we have a option for accessing the Reports and Dashboards from Mobile Devices. So my question would be whether the BI 4.0 setup will contain all the necessary files and setups needed for the Mobile Usage. Or should we download any separate software to integrate the Mobile Usage in BI 4.0. If so what all has to be done to configure the Mobile Usage.
