No instance count displayed

Hi SCN

I am managing a BOXI 4.0 server and cannot see the instance count of WEBi reports.  I should be able to navigate to preferences > general as below and click in Instances but I do not have this option ... no "general" item in my preferences :-(

Any suggestions?
