CPU based License

I have few questions about SAP BO4.0 Licensing.

We have CPU based License in our Environment. Max we can have 16 CPU’s.

Hence we have used 2 servers which each server is having 8 CPU.

Where servers are running with tomcat and all the BO services. Where all 3 tiers are in both the 2 servers.

1. Web Tier (Tomcat)
2. Processing tier
3. Intelligent tier

Now I would like to remove web server (tomat) in these 2 servers and install it in the new servers.

Tomcat will be installed in 4 CPU servers.

Will the no of CPU count will be increased if we install webi tier particular on dedicated nodes.

Ex:

D1 is one server with 8 CPU ( Tomcat + Intelligence + Processing Tiers)

D2 is the second server with 8 CPU ( Tomcat + Intelligence + Processing Tiers)

Now it has reached the maximum CPU s ( max 16)

Now I would like to remove/Stop Tomcat in D1 and D2 servers and install Webi Tier(Tomcat) in D3 and D4 servers (D3,D4 are new server with 4 CPU Each)

Will the no of CPU will be increased by adding Tomcat in D3 and D4? Will it exceeds the License limit?

Could you please share your expertise on this.
