How can we convert date time from one timezone to another?

Hello everyone,

Can anyone help me on how can we convert an attribute having date time of one time zone to local timezone?

For example, I have a date time column which shows in CDT time zone in by WEBI report and I have to convert it  to corresponding local time zone for the users in different regions and different timezones. Please try to help me achieve this asap.
