Set up Windows AD AUthentication using Kerberos, SSO on WIndows 2008 R2 server

Hi All,

I am trying to set up Windows AD Authentication and SSO for InfoView on a Windows 2008 R2 server. Currently the users are created in Enterprise but we want to shift to AD.

I used the steps in the document " Configuring Business Objects Enterprise XI 3.1 Info View with Active Directory Single Sign-on Using Kerberos and .NET " for Windows 2003 environment. But the step 3 fails and I am not able to login using AD.

I get an error

Account Information Not Recognized: Kerberos target name BOBJCentralMS/BOServer@FQDN is unknown. Please contact your

system administrator to make sure it's set up properly

When i do a setspn -l serviceaccountname i see the SPN listed.

What am I doing wrong? Any help is appreciated. I have spent a lot of time already trying different SPNs but to no luck.

Thanka

Ashwini
