Logon to BO v4 problem via VPN (MS DIrect Access)

Hi,

I' d like to ask you for a help or suggestion.

Now I facing with problem with logging to BO v4 via VPN (MS DIrect Access).

Webrich message: server 'xxxx:1000' not found or server may be down

designer message:

[repo_proxy 13] SessionFacade::openSessionLogon with user info has failed(Transport error: Communication failure.(FWM 00001)

(hr=#0x80042a01)

Also it is only when I

use VPN connection. Without VPN there is no problems.

There are no any  blockers

from firewall, virus tool or simmilar ...

Please suggest.
