Here is the issue
Using my single sign on credentials onto a remote server. Using enterprise account (not single sign on), I upload my crystal reports onto BO server via a client crystal reports 2013 Support Pack 4 (14.1.4.1327) on that server. I then log into CMC with an enterprise account (not single sign on) and update all the database credentials. I then schedule the reports to run and I get the error
Error in File ~tmp3b148322294fe22.rpt: Unable to connect: incorrect log on parameters.
My colleague logs onto the same remote server with his single sign on credentials and follows the exact process and loads the report onto BO server using the same enterprise (not single sign on) account and updating the database configuration on CMC. The reports are able to be successfully scheduled
The enterprise account is an administrator account and to me it seems the only difference in the process is our single sign on account. Really desperate to find resolution
