I have a scenario for BO user rights which I am trying to check if possible to achieve. The requirement is as follows
I have webi Report abc.wid in my repository on which two separate user groups GA and GB have schedule access. The groups GA and GB are not related to each other in any way. GA Group wants to schedule the abc.wid with email Destination and the GB Group should schedule the report only within repository; that is without the Email option. Can this email Option be denied at any Level so that GB can never schedule the Report with email Destination ? I could already deactivate the email Option at the BI Launchpad Level but at the schedule part, it appears that the email option cannot be deactivated because it comes from the server as plugin. Is there anyway to set it up in such a way so that the GB Groups get an error while trying to schedule it to email ?
