Hi,
Hope you can provide some guidance on the issue.
We are migrating reports and all other platform content from Crystal Reports Server XI R2 to Crystal Reports Server 2008 v1 staging platform as a first step to migration to CRS 2013.
There are about 700 reports to be migrated and majority of them have schedules i.e. reports are emailed to external recipients.
I have some questions on the process of migration for such reports:
1. Once I migrated reports to CRS 2008 v1 via Import Wizard, I would like to temporarily disable schedules i.e. I do not want reports to be emailed.
How do I disable schedules for all reports as I do not want to send reports to recipients just yet from this staging environment ?
2. Which platform service executes report schedules ? Can I just disable this service ?
3. If I'd like to test schedules with a test email destination is there a way to set this email in one place so that I can perform report delivery tests for this test email ?
Generally, what are the steps involved in migration of scheduled reports from CRS XI given above requirements.
Many thanks for your help.
