Sap bo 3.1 Transport error: Communication failure (fwm00001)

Hi, Newly

installed BOE XI 3.1 sp7 .in                           machine1(Server)

same  again i installed   in                             Machine -2(Server)

While iam migrating few reports from Machine-1 to Machine-2 .Iam facing below issue

I Enable port : 6400 in windows advanced firewall

After enable port  no also ,still we are facing issue .Is we need to asl network team help  ?.I followed few biogs and scn documents.Still i didn't  find solution
