Missing authentication option

Hi, I have been configuring my new crystal server 4.1 the past few days.  I am integrating Active Directory for authentication.

I have followed these steps:

Create a file named BIlaunchpad.properties with the following text inside:

authentication.visible=true

authentication.default=secWinAD

I have placed the new file in

WEB-INF\config\custom location.  I restarted Tomcat and ran Wdeploy as administrator.

However, my changes are not being recognized.  BI Launchpad does not see the new configuration options.

what is the issue ?
