We are using Crystal Reports 2011 Designer and Crystal Server 2011.
We have created Cascading prompts inside Crystal Designer itself(not using any Business View Manager)
Cascading prompts works as expected in Crystal Designer and we are able to see the data.
The issue we are facing is that, when the report is deployed on Crystal Server 2011, the dropdowns for cascading prompts are turned into textboxes without populating any data.
This issue occurs when the combined records retrieved for 3 cascading levels is more than 20000 records. The same works fine in Crystal Reports 2011 Designer though.
I have browsed thru SCN forum and found that there were issues with XI R2 and 2008 respectively with same issue and got resolved in Service Pack 6.
Does anyone experienced the issue as I explained above and know whether any particular service pack in 2011 version in which this issue is resolved?
