Hi,

I do get the following error as soon as I click on CMC->Authentication->SAP->Import Role while configuring SAP Authentication.

We are using SAP BO 4.1 SP4

HTTP Status 500 - java.lang.RuntimeException: javax.servlet.ServletException: java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: Could not initialize class com.sap.conn.jco.JCo

I have seen quite a few discussions wherein it has been said the issue has been resolved either by re-deploying the web-apps or entering the Java class path as "C:\Program Files (x86)\SAP BusinessObjects\SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise XI 4.0\java\lib\sapjco3.jar" in Tomcat configuration.

But I do see this as a option for a single box installation. What we have is split tier clustered environment.

i.,e., Machine A (BOE) is different and Machine B (Tomcat) is different.

In this case, what would be the ideal solution?. If I have to configure SAPjco and respective dll's on my tomcat's machine, does anyone has the steps to do it ?
