We are on Business Objects 4.1 SP 1 Patch 1. I am trying to create a publication using a Crystal Report as the source document. This report was build using CR Version 2008. Currently the BO server has CR version 2011.
Source Document: Crystal Report
Enterprise Recipients: None
Dynamic Recipients: Crystal Report with a list of Account IDs that are similar to the ones in the Source crystal Report. Each has a unique email ID.
Personalization: When I click on Personalization, the tab appears to be blank, with a loading symbol. It is loading forever. Is there a reason why I am unable to personalize this publication?
I tested the functionality using a WebI report as a source and an enterprise recipient list. I was able to personalize and burst the report. It reached the users inbox successfully.
When I try the same with Crystal Report, I am unable to even complete the publication set up. I couldn't find any similar post or discussion on SAP.
Any help or direction is appreciated.
