Event on a database value

Hi all,

it is about Business Object BI4, I have a question if a feature really exists on BI4.

Would it be possible to create a report sheduled depending on a value of a line into a database table ? I mean a value on a table, like a flag, watched by Business Object Scheduler.

I know we can use events based on file incoming, but this is not the feature I would use, rather a event that raise depending on a value into the database.
