Sample Auditing reports issue

Hi All ,

Have uploaded the sample auditing reports and universe V3 in BI 4.1 system .When I wanted to view one of the crystal report .

Gives me the following error . Have gone through the below SAP note didn't get throught the error .

1461791 - A request was cancelled. The necessary security privileges could not be verified. This indicates a problem with the security server. [RCIRAS9008] [RASLIB9002]

Any have faced similar issue , please give some ideas to fix it .
