Command Line Parameter of CMS : -noauditor : what does it mean ?

One of the command line parameters of the CMS is "noauditor" :

What is the meaning of that parameter ?

I can image that the CMS will not play the role as auditor, but the Auditing dashboard clearly indicates that this CMS is the auditor.

Also the metric "CMS auditor" has value 1.
