We have recently migrated from SAP 3.1 to 4.1 .. Users are getting below error while connecting to BI launch pad through citrix
Account information not recognized: SDK Version 1400 does
not support Crystal Enterprise version 1230 (FWM 02032)"
Java Version 6 update 17 (build 1.6.0_17-b04) is used
Please help me in this regard!!
